My voice is too loud

That was the first thing he said. It was the first of many ways I could tell that having ear tubes in Little Brother's ears was the best thing for him. A few more notable items:
- no more constant yelling (from him)
- he can hear you the first time you say something
- he whispers
- "It is loud, this traffic."

An ear opening experience!
